This week’s episode led with Andreas Sjostrom, head of the applied innovation exchange at Capgemini. He dove into what drives positive and collaborative innovation, design, and sustainability and what this looks like in a global and relevant sense both in and outside of technology. His expertise led nicely into our conversation with Tiffani Bova, global customer growth and innovation evangelist at Salesforce, who walked through the implications of the relationships between leadership, employee culture, and customer experience, referencing her book “GrowthIQ.” We finished this week off with a segment from accomplished psychologist and author, Barry Schwartz, who discussed how the pandemic has allowed us to rethink our standards of choice and strategies of decision making, moving from maximizing return to “good enough results” that are robust enough under uncertainty, building off of insights driven in his book “The Paradox of Choice”, among others.
